I got my order and it wasn’t right, which was really frustrating. One item was the wrong size, and another wasn’t even the one I chose. I needed these that week, so it put me in a tough spot. I get that mistakes happen, but at the very least, people should be able to count on getting what they paid for. I’m disappointed and don’t think I’ll order from here again.

I was really looking forward to getting my order, and the product itself seems like it’ll be worth it, but the shipping has been disappointing. It’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting, which feels way too long. I appreciate that delays can happen, but I wish there had been better updates along the way.

I ordered a pair of jeans from belowthebelt.com, but the fit was completely off, so I figured I’d just exchange them and move on. i thought it would be straightforward, but it turned into way more of a hassle than I expected.

The return instructions weren’t very clear, and when I reached out for help, it took days to hear anything back. By the time customer service finally replied, the size I wanted was sold out, so they told me I’d have to return the jeans instead. Stuff like that makes me really hesitant to trust customer service when timing actually matters.

The refund also took longer than I was expecting, which just added to the frustration. I don’t mind shopping online, but if returns are this annoying, it makes me think twice about ordering from them again.

I reached out to customer service and... it just took too long to get anywhere. When I finally did hear back, they weren’t really much help. Frustrating experience overall.

I don’t know, the sizing just feels way off. I checked the size chart before ordering, and then when it arrived it still didn’t fit right. Kind of frustrating because I thought I picked the right size, but nope. The fit was just not what I expected at all.

Belowthebelt has some decent casual stuff. Hoodies, tees, jeans. That kind of thing. I found a few brands I already like, so that was nice.
Some areas felt picked over though. Not many sizes or colours. A lot of styles looked similar too. It’s fine overall. Just wish there was more to choose from

I tried using the site on my phone, but the pages kept freezing and checking out turned into a whole hassle. I felt like I was getting passed around with no clear fix, and by the end I was just frustrated.
